Talk One

Wireflows: plan your product

Wireflows are the plans of our product. It's an enriched journey map, and it is based on a good understanding of the users, their pain points and behaviours. In this talk we will explore the full process of creating wireflows, from the early phases of the project, when we can create low fidelity wireflows, continuously improving them during Wireflow Improvement Workshops. Later, before rapid prototyping, we achieve a high fidelity wireflow, as a close-to-real representation of our solution.

Nowadays he lives in London and leads to UX team at the world’s biggest online gambling company, Amaya Inc. (PokerStars, FullTilt, BetStars, Casino, Linicom, etc.) @wszp (https://twitter.com/wszp) is an evangelist of good mobile UX practices. His web development background makes him a total UX geek. He’s currently working on a book titled User Experience Mapping.

Talk Two

The power of habits in UX

Let's talk about habits and design. Our daily lives consist of hundreds of habits, that each of us does without realising, by using minimal effort. Our apps should run in the same way; by utilising human behaviour and daily habits, we should create experiences that are ridiculously simple and fun. This talk will help us understand user psychology and open a discussion about a more human-centric product design thinking.

He is currently working as a Lead Designer at Nimber; a peer-to-peer delivery tech start-up operating within the sharing economy space, focusing on utilising spare capacity, by matching people who want to send something, with people going that way anyway.
