This month we have Veronica Naguib from ImpactSense talking about how to make the most about Remote Research. This is not only a valuable type of research that helps us to bring more diverse audiences but one that has come at the forefront in 2020 due to the current pandemic.

With the way the world has changed, carrying out remote research is more important than ever, but hasn't been the most valuable way of carrying out research in the past...

We will breakdown common pitfalls of remote research, and put forward ways of maximizing this approach from both a quant and qual perspective.

Veronica Naguib

Experienced in both Service Design and UX, Veronica is an expert in transforming the CX discipline. She was part of the first Service Design Masters course in the UK over 12 years ago and has worked with diverse organisations including; Bupa, Sony PlayStation, Vodafone, British Gas, Channel 4, Ministry of Defence, TfL, NHS and more.
She previously headed up CX in the agency world and is now co-founder of ImpactSense, an insight company.
