You know the deal by now: $28 for the 3 course meal. Please be firm on your RSVP. This is a high end restaurant which will be very busy on this date.
The original reservation is for 8, but I will do my best to expand it if we have a waiting list.
FIRST COURSE:
Smoked Salmon Bruschetta
(Served on toasted baguette with petite green salad in a herb
mustard vinaigrette)

Roasted Corn and Crab Bisque
(Garnished with cilantro lime crème fraîche)

Warm and Crispy Chèvre Cheese Salad
(Served with a roasted pepper olive relish with fresh baguette slices)
SECOND COURSE:
Mélange of Shellfish
(Sautéed shrimp, scallops and lobster on a bed of angel hair pasta with lobster Champagne sauce, garnished with crisp filo pastry and
broccoli florets)

Braised Short Ribs of Beef
(Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed julienne vegetable in a red wine demi-glaze)

Seared Spice-crusted Fillet of Salmon
(Served with Parmesan risotto, fresh asparagus and roasted tomato coulis)

Wilted Spinach, Feta Cheese and Mushroom Strudel
(Presented with sweet potato mash, toasted walnuts and a grilled vegetable risotto cake)
THIRD COURSE:
Raspberry Chocolate Mousse
(Dark chocolate raspberry mousse served with three-berry sauce and
fresh berries)

Pumpkin Cheesecake
(Baked New York-style cheesecake with crème anglaise and
caramel sauce)

(Mango-accented baked custard, topped with caramelized
