(Un)Managing Compliance with DevOps

Our August meetup will be a joint effort between @DerbyDevOps (https://www.meetup.com/DevOps-Louisville) and @LouisvilleAWSUsersGroup (https://www.meetup.com/Louisville-AWS-Users-Group) and will tackle a critical aspect of DevOps and Cloud - managing compliance and security while taking advantage of new organizational structures, automation, and cloud-based infrastructures.

Some of the topics:

• We don't know how to convince our internal compliance partners that automation and Cloud can actually enhance our security posture

• What tools and techniques help improve our ability to remain secure and prove compliance?

• How can our various groups (architecture, security, app dev, infrastructure, ..) work together more effectively to increase security and compliance of our products?
