This talk will take a look at the history of databases, from relational databases, NoSQL solutions, & distributed databases like Crate.io. Bio: PJ Hagerty - Developer, writer, speaker, musician, and founder of DevRelate.io, PJ is known to travel the world speaking about programming and the way people think and interact. Talk #2: "A review of the Enterprise DevOps Framework: CALMS" The CALMS Model is a conceptual framework used to assess a company’s readiness to adopt a DevOps process. CALMS stands for Collaboration, Automation, Lean, Measurement and Sharing. Augusto will take you through CALMS using practical histories and examples how this framework can lend itself to great results to enterprise Digital transformation. The talk based on life experiences but also current research into the evolution of DevOps as it matures through enterprise implementations. Bio: Augusto Rosa, Solution Principal – Cloud, DevOps and Security Augusto has been leading teams that operate high traffic websites and application for more than 15 years, including ecommerce, automotive real time solution, retail and video streaming.
