Session 1
Title: Coding For Security
Facilitator: Ezra Jivan

Hacks and password leaks are becoming more and more commonly reported in our current age. By looking at OWASP, KING IV, PCI-DSS 3.2, POPI and GDPR, we will look at the basics of each of these recommendations and standards. We then run through a few real world examples in order to make us aware of how to follow good practices when engineering software.

Title: Bending WordPress to Your Will

An introduction to WordPress development, teaching you the basic principles of how to make WordPress do whatever you need it to do - from building a basic business site, to a feature-rich web application. A working knowledge of PHP development would be helpful.
