These two hours are dedicated to practice as taught by Reggie Ray in the lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and offer an opportunity for group practice, which can deepen our meditation. The time will be spent in guided body work, sitting meditation and/or walking meditation. Sometimes there will be a brief dharma talk followed by questions and discussion or the opportunity to join for an informal discussion over lunch. Don't worry if you don't have experience. All are welcome!
