Being a parent or caregiver can open up unique opportunities to help propel you on your spiritual path. ONLINE: Join Varada for American Buddhist Healing Practices

All classes are ONLINE for now: https://dharmacenter.com/dc-online We will begin with a mantra meditation with different themes (the Heart Sutra, the MB dharani, the Tara mantra, the Gayatri mantra). Next we will perform a guided Tonglen practice combined with pranayama breathing.
