Public meditation and short talk on Buddhism: Free and open to all!

Come meditate with us every Tuesday and Friday at 8pm in our beautiful public meditation center. We offer a short (10 minute) introductory talk about a Buddhist topic and conclude with a half hour meditation session. Meditation is always free and guided in English. Everyone is welcome to come and explore their minds highest potential!

Street parking is available on the corner of Rockingham and Granite street and along Granite. There is also a large parking lot with a Trader Joe's 2 minutes walk away from the center.
