Project management basics avoided at our peril - elapsed delivery time exposed??

Placeholder for our next meeting - open to offers regarding venue and topic......who would like a picture of their venue on this page? What would you like to talk about? Backstop is PM basics and meeting room EB702. Our main speaker will be Sarah Eggleston, a developer with IBM for 10 years, in several roles including consultancy, then with an IT agency and now founder of her own software company. She will bring some real stories about what can go wrong, to encourage you to share your similar stories, so we can discuss ' the PM basics we need to insist upon'.
