Details
This meetup is brought to you by Lead-Digital and Henko. Please visit and register at https://www.Lead-Digital.org
Please register at https://skillsmatter.com/meetups/11344-digital-leadership-meetup in order to access the premises.
This meetup will be like a very nice cake and pack multiple layers of goodness to develop our reflection on the evolving nature of Human Resources (HR) in the Complex world of Digital-Agile change.
SenseMaker® is based on narratives, Dyades and Triads. Enter the future of surveys for Complex systems! SenseMaker® enables the emergence of new thinking rather than set rigid constraints like with traditional surveys. The survey will only be open for a limited time period, so please take the time to do so.
The layers that we will explore at the meetup are:
-
We will cover the concepts of Complexity Thinking and the need to change our approach to Sensing from our systems of work.
-
We will present the results from the survey and extract what we are learning, opening a debate on how Human Resources needs to evolve in a Digital-Agile age, and how it can make use of SenseMaker®, Complexity and Systemic Leadership for this.
-
We will then highlight how SenseMaker® has been successfully used in real-life scenarios and how it can be applied in many more functions, in Human Resources, in Change Management, or in support of users/customer feedback channel.
-
We will finally highlight how you can get started with Complexity and using SenseMaker®
For the meetup, we would like to thank Cognitive Edge (https://cognitive-edge.com) for supporting us with the SenseMaker® survey.
We are also welcoming Tony Quinlan as our speaker. Tony has been working with Complexity for a long time and Tony is a very experienced SenseMaker® practitioner. You can watch a YouTube video of one of Tony's presentations on micro-narratives and complexity at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EDTQNzxiXFA or read Tony's blog at www.narrate.co.uk/news/
Please note that the meetup will start slightly later than usual. We will aim to do the networking before rather than after this time around.
