Agile Lean Coffee #11: Let's Tackle Complexity! (Online & Free)

This is the 11th in a series of Agile Lean Coffees run by Aginext and the Digital Leadership Meetup. These are free, monthly, virtual ways to talk about certain topics and safely discuss your experiences.

This month's loose organisation will be around complexity and the ways to both overcome and leverage the complexity of people and systems.

Our special guests will be Giovanni Asproni and Luca Minudel, who are working to create generative principles for scaling agile, instead of focusing on frameworks.

Lean Coffee is a facilitated, but agenda-less meeting. Our participants gather, build an agenda of conversation-starting questions — and start discussing. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically selected. We do ten-minute topic timeboxes, and then vote thumbs up or down if we want to continue for another five minutes.

**We will close signups and send out the Zoom link to all signups about an hour before the event. And we will also send out the link to start brainstorming and adding your topics so we can get quickly into voting and discussing. Please consider adding your topics before.
