Agile Lean Coffee #13: World Retrospective Day (Online & Free)

This is the 13th in a series of Agile Lean Coffees run by Aginext and the Digital Leadership Meetup. And our first time experimenting with a lunchtime edition! These are free, monthly, virtual ways to talk about certain topics and safely discuss your experiences.

Today we are celebrating World Retrospective Day! A retrospective is one of agile's most valued rituals. Simply it's a look back at past events, usually at the end of a sprint or project. But how everyone does them is very different. Today we welcome everyone to share their stories, exercises, and experiences with good retros and to ask for advice to do better in the future.

**We will close signups and send out the Zoom link to all signups about an hour before the event. And we will also send out the link to start brainstorming and adding your topics so we can get quickly into voting and discussing. Please consider adding your topics before.

Lean Coffee is a facilitated, but agenda-less meeting. Our participants gather, build an agenda of conversation-starting questions — and start discussing. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically selected. We do ten-minute topic timeboxes, and then vote thumbs up or down if we want to continue for another five minutes.
