Weekly westside yoga meetup! Come for a good workout, for your mind and body. Jillian Coogan is amazing and will be our yoga instructor, in the style of Freedom Flow. This is a 1 hour and 15 minutes all levels aerobic/stretch class. They've given us a discount of $10 (normally $14) per person. I've been coming to her class for the last three months and have really enjoyed it. Remember to always listen to the comfort of your body.

Trying to get a feel of this new group. If we're feeling hungry afterwards we can get a late night bite nearby =)

What to bring:
• Yoga Mat (Let me know, if you don't have one)
• Water
• $10 class fee
• towel
• yoga/workout shorts and shirt (you will sweat)

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your RSVP up to 48 hrs. prior to the start of the event by notifying the organizer via email or text. Otherwise, non-attendance will be considered a “no show” whereby the Dinner for 8 "one strike you're out" policy will be strictly enforced.
