Welcome to the Oracle Engineering office at Münchenbryggeriet. Here we are working on products like Java, the JVM and related technologies. As hinted, this time we will be getting some hands-on cloud blockchain development experience!

Get your skills going on decentralized application development. Blockchain is on everybody’s lips, and in this workshop, you will have the opportunity to get your hands dirty developing blockchain directly in the cloud, using a fun and engaging forest-saving use case. The skills acquired here is not vendor or even industry specific, rather you will get a deeper understanding of B2B blockchain development for more general leverage.

Axel Bronder
Axel is a Cloud Solution Engineer and agile enthusiast with a background in location-based software development. Following rising demand, Axel's focus recently has been on Blockchain development and spreading the word around current state of business blockchain cloud implementations, delivering presentations and labs both in Europe and in the US.

For the Meetup today we will be working on our own laptops. It doesn't matter what OS-flavor. All you need to complete the lab we have in mind is a nice browser, some kind of text editor, and then PostMAN, a free tool used by approximately 5 million developers, to do some test-rest calls against your blockchain. If you want to come prepared, you can download postman beforehand and log in/create an account: http://getpostman.com/
You can join our Slack workspace where we will share stuff, do Q&A's etc during the labs
