Preparing workforce of the future through AI
In this discussion, we will talk about the impact of AI, automation and other external factors on the workforce across all industries. The rapid rise in AI, digital and cloud based technologies is creating disruption in workforce at a scale that is becoming hard to manage. Several large scale organisations are running their people transformation programs which will render thousands of jobs irrelevant and redundant. We will talk about how we can analyse the impact on an organisations' talent pool ahead of time, and the asset we have built that uses AI to predict this impact and provides insights into future future training and up-skilling requirements.
