We offer a fun and friendly way, using Toastmasters guidelines and a proven educational system, to learn how to control those jitters, prepare effective speeches and enhance your leadership skills.

Whether you want to learn to speak in front of a small group at a meeting or speak in front of a crowd of thousands, Toastmasters is right for you.

Caesar Rodney Toastmasters is right for you too if you can meet on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Tuesday of each month from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. We are a fun group of people that get together to build on our speaking and leadership skills in a friendly environment, providing a very unique experience to members and guests alike. We would love to meet you! EVERYONE is welcome!

The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

Free Speakers Toastmasters (https://freespeakers.toastmastersclubs.org) invites members of this great community to its bi-monthly club meetings to learn and practice improving their public speaking and leadership skills.

The mission of our club is to "provide a supportive and positive environment where members have the opportunity to develop their communication and leadership skills resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth." In addition to hearing great speeches and learning the fundamentals of public speaking and leadership skills, guests like yourself will be given ample opportunity to participate in impromptu speaking.
