Stressors are everywhere in our busy lifestyles: health, relationship, job, environment, etc. Stress can stem from people or situations. It is something we have little control of and yet immensely affected by. Breathing-based meditation is extremely effective in counteracting the influence of stress. They have been researched and shown to improve sleep quality, increase well-being hormones, decrease stress hormones, decrease depression.

Meditation is universal, just like you don't have to be Italian to eat spaghetti. We organize events and workshops to help raise the awareness of mental hygiene and that breathing-based meditation is effortless and fun! This meetup group is run by the volunteers of the Art of Living Foundation, one of the largest non-governmental, non-profit organizations in the world, active in over 155 countries.
