Child themes allow us to safely add our own customizations to our websites without fear of losing them when the theme updates. Come learn when you would use a child theme and how to make one of your own.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Divi Users needing to add special customizations to their site whether it be style or functionality.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Your laptop with a text-editor (ie. TextEdit or Notepad) or code-editor (ie. Coda or DreamWeaver) already installed.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
You’ll learn all about the benefits of child-themes and why you should use them. Plus, creating the files needed for your own Divi-child theme.
