Divorcee Cafe-A New Perspective

Location visible to members

What we're about

Meet other local people coping with a divorce or separation for discussion and support. FYI, we are NOT a SINGLES, (dating) group. We are here to support one another through the difficult transitions of divorce or separation. It is important that every person who comes to our Divorcee Cafe meetings feels safe and supported through interaction with other members. Relationships within the group are Strongly Discouraged, for the fact of not complicating each others journey to a healthy recovery. We want a "safe zone" for each person to thrive and relax without worrying about the pressure of dating. We do socialize as a group where strong friendships have been made.

Divorcee Cafe was created to offer a safe place for people to land and get the support they need as they navigate divorce and life after. Each month there will be many opportunities to meet our team of faciliatators who offer their services for free to those who come for help. Our main meeting is always the first wednesday of the month from 9 am - 6 pm. There will be a variety of specialsts such as divorce lawyers, coaches, healers, financial advisors who come each month. You can stay as long as you like and meet with as many faciliatators as you like during the day. There are also micro versions held downtown which is a smaller version of our first wednesday .

If you need assistance during the month, please join our private facebook page Divorcee Cafe Conversations. Here you can ask questions, get some answers and gain perspectives from others going through what you have gone through.

Our website is up and running with info, blogs, and active calendar of things around town that are minimal cost and would help you heal. www.DivorceeCafe.com (http://www.divorceecafe.com)

I hope to continue with success, individually and as a group! Thank you for your understanding and support.

**This is not a forum to promote a business or your free services. Please be considerate of others who are here to feel secure and wanting a safe place to heal. Thank you
