Kriya Yoga is a very powerful and ancient meditation technique which requires several hours of practice daily making it difficult to practice in modern times.Sushumna Kriya Yoga is a modified version of Kriya yoga designed by Himalayan gurus Sri Bhoganatha Siddhar and Sri Mahavatar Babaji and gifted to our living guru Atmanadhamayi Ammagaru in 2005.It simplifies the original practice to 49 minutes each day, making it practical for everyone. It does not impose any restrictions and does not require major changes to existing life styles. Central to the practice is Yoga Mudra (described in classes we conduct), which allows one to gain more energy in less time, thereby simplifying it.
