Human Design gives you a different reference point: yourself.
This workshop helps you understand:

• how you are wired to make decisions
• how you naturally use your energy
• where you create value
• and what “correct work” actually means for you

## What you get

~80% of the workshop: Foundations of Human Design (based on the official Living Your Design Workshop by International Human Design School)

~20% of workshop: how to apply Human Design to build your dream work.

For ticket categories 2 and 3:
If you book the workshop together with coaching, the coaching takes place after the workshop—either as a single deep-dive session or a structured 3-month program, depending on the option you choose.

## About the facilitator

Galina Bankova is the founder of Do Work You Love and The Matchmakers.
For over 20 years, she has worked at the intersection of business, entrepreneurship, and human potential—supporting founders, leaders, and professionals in building work that is both successful and aligned.
She works with both individuals and organizations, including Microsoft, Bosch, Messe München, Bits & Pretzels, Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Munich Re, Telefónica as well as various Universities —bringing her approach into real business environments where decisions, leadership, and results matter.
Galina is a certified and licensed Human Design “Living Your Design” Guide (International Human Design School) and a BG5® Career & Business Consultant, specialized in applying Human Design in professional contexts—career decisions, leadership, positioning, and collaboration.
Through The Matchmakers, she has designed and facilitated networking and connection experiences for leading ecosystems and organizations (e.g. startups, corporates, large-scale events), working with thousands of people across industries.
Through Do Work You Love, she focuses on one core question: How do you translate who you are into the way you build, work, and lead?
This workshop is a distilled version of that work—bringing together Human Design foundations and their direct application to your career, business, and leadership.
