Dockercon 2017 meeting recap

This meetup will go over the high points of Dockercon 2017 with some small demonstrations of the new technologies like the LinuxKit, Moby, and docker stack builds.

Now this meetup will be more catered for those with some experience with Docker, as it may go a bit off the deep technical end.
