Talk: Building Kubernetes with LinuxKit - Justin Cormack (https://twitter.com/justincormack)

...a minimal immutable OS for running Kubernetes. LinuxKit is a toolkit for building minimal Linux operating systems that Docker released as open source earlier this year. It is built with CNCF projects, including containerd, and with standard Kubernetes components such as kubeadm.

What people want to build on minimal operating systems is of course Kubernetes and we and the community have been working on this. In this talk we look at how LinuxKit works, how to build Kubernetes with it. We also will give a preview of the Docker Desktop Kubernetes integration that is built using LinuxKit.

Ligthtning Talk: Prometheus Alert Manager & Remote Storage Adapters - Lee Calcote (http://twitter.com/lcalcote)

An overview of how Prometheus alert manager and remote storage works. We’ll talk about why we’re harnessing the power of Prometheus and integrating it as as an open-source monitoring solution with SolarWinds AppOptics as a monitoring service offering.

Lightning Talk: An Overview of the Serverless project - Nuclio - Girish Ranganathan

Trying to make sense of the current Serverless landscape? We'll talk about what the CNCF is doing here and take a look at one of the many projects in this landscape - Nuclio (https://github.com/nuclio/nuclio).
