Happy New Year!! Let's start the year off right with learning some more Docker goodness. Note: This meetup is in Kimball Junction (20 mins from SLC.)

6:30 - Overview of Kubernetes and AWS ECS by Ryan Walls, Engineering Manager at 3DSIM
Time permitting we will try to get some hands on time with Kubernetes, so bring your laptops.
Kubernetes is Google's take on how to manage containers. They are nearly 6 months past their 1.0 release, so now is the time to check it our for your production workloads.
Amazon released ECS last year. For those strongly in the Amazon world, ECS provides a nicely integrated clustering solution.
Please RSVP at least a day in advance so we can get a proper headcount for pizza. Head count is limited to 15 due to the size of the space. If there is a large waitlist, we will look into moving to a different location.
