Setting up a LLC in China. Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) yes/no? Part I

Further expanding into the "One country Two systems" discussion, in this session, we will emphasize on Mainland China and the process one must consider when looking into setting up an entity to conduct business there.

We will touch upon what it means to own and run a WFOE, the process of setting up, the time and costs involved, and the alternatives available to run business in Mainland as a foreign entrepreneur without an established entity as your first entry point.

In this session, we will embark on a practical hands-on exercise to measure our initial investment taking real China numbers into consideration. You will walk away with tangible contact details and portals to start developing your own research plan to make it to China from Johannesburg.

Bring in your ideas/doubts since Andrea at the end of the lecture will have a few minutes to answer your questions.
