We can use our time on the yoga mat to bring greater balance into our lives. Wise earth yoga is inspired by the teachings of Maya Tiwari who says about our 21st century lives: "We aren't tired because we do too much, we are tired because we do so much out of sync with nature's rhythms." Just as plants and animals have different ways of moving in the world during different seasons and cycles of the moon, so can we. This class will offer teachings on the lunar and seasonal cycles and yoga postures/breathwork/meditations that help us honor those cycles and create more ease and cohesion in our lives.
