Deep Dive into Azure Service Bus With Paul Michaels

Dot Net Liverpool's next virtual meet-up is with Paul Michaels who is doing a deep dive into Azure Service Bus.

After you set-up Azure Service Bus, and you've familiarised yourself with what a queue and a topic is, you'll notice that there will be a dizzying array of extra features. In this talk we'll discuss some of these additional features.

Once we're familiar with the concepts of features such as: scheduled and deferred messages, sessions, auto-forwarding, auto-delete, batching, and transactions, we'll see some code samples using a C# client, and discuss some real-life use cases for these features.

About Paul Michaels:

Paul Michaels is a Lead Developer, working mainly in the Microsoft stack, specifically Asp.Net Core and Azure Services.

He is a published author, speaker, and second rate cyclist.

Paul is the founder and c-organiser of MiniHack, an online group meeting monthly to solve pointless problems.

He's been programming professionally since 1997, and likes finding neat solutions to problems.
