Business-minded UX: Balancing user needs with business perspectives

UX Designers are typically asked to advocate for users and exclusively champion the user's goals and needs. Although that is very important, often times the needs of the users and business don't align and neither the user nor the business outcome is achieved.

This talk will explore the importance of balancing user needs with business perspectives and, how learning more about the goals and needs of a business can make you a more effective and impactful designer.
