We will meet for up to 3 hours each Sunday, starting at 6:00 p.m. CST on September 21st—one chapter per meeting. We will be finished by Christmas.
Ray Dwyer will lead the chapter discussion for the first hour and a half. Please ask questions and share with us so this is a discussion, not a lecture. We are students, too.
Prepare your Zoom room space for meditation and have a mat available for brief lying down during the meditations, which start around 8:00 p.m. Consider wearing an eye mask during the meditation or dimming the lighting. Remove distractions from the space, such as dogs, family members, and food aromas.
This is his most advanced book. To maximize the benefits of this study, you must have experience with his meditations, i.e., accessing "space." However, if you are willing to dive in, you are welcome to join us. The water is great.
