Hi! I am Dr. Michael Lax, and I’m really excited to share what I have learned from 30 years experience as a chiropractor, competitive runner and coach. Join me at 6:30 pm every second Monday for a one-hour interactive Workshop that will cover such topics as:

• the latest research on spinal health, and the best evidence for keeping your back and neck feeling good and working well
• the latest research on best treatment of common running injuries
• how to improve your running
• how to keep running fun and run for a lifetime
