Universal Spiritual Alchemy;

Awaken your inner fire and unlock your evolutionary potential through ancient, psychedelic breathing, yoga and meditation techniques. Dragon Yoga draws philosophy and exercises from mystical/yogic traditions such as Tantric Buddhism, Taoist Neigong/Qigong, Indian tantra/kundalini Kriya yoga, as well as alchemy and Tibetan dream yoga.
The main practice, SOMA Awakening, is similar to the Wim Hoff method, but goes even deeper. The goal of Dragon yoga, as with all alchemical and yogic traditions, is to help the purify the individual in order to allow the universal life-force to flow freely, bringing about health, happiness, and vitality. Through the breath, we have a chance to explore and delve into our unconscious or suppressed material, to retrieve hidden, forgotton, or lost parts of ourselves.
Through breathing, we have a chance to explore how both conscious and unconscious beliefs and memories can impact our life today. In this workshop you will learn that the breath is our medicine and working with it is a sure way of treating our body, mind, and spirit.
