If you have an interest in spiritual topics like Dreams, Past Lives, or Soul Travel, then join other like-hearted Souls in conversation and some exercise as we take a spiritual walk around the Botanic Gardens.
The walk
We’ll walk along the many paths in the gardens which lead through many exotic plants and trees. There are also the glasshouses which house lots of tropical plants. The walk will be easy and pretty straightforward. Suitable for all ages and all fitness levels.
While walking we will try to be present in the moment, be mindful of our thoughts, observe what is presented to us and what comes into our awareness.
We'd love to hear your stories and any insights you’d like to share.Food
There is a cafe in the Gardens but because it is a public holiday, you can expect it to be busy. You can bring some food for a picnic, and for sharing if you’re feeling generous. There are a number of areas in the Gardens suitable for picnics. How to get there
Please check the Dublin Bus website for all updates on their services. Below are the routes which pass close to the Botanic Gardens.
