Auterion is opening its doors to drone and computer vision enthusiasts and to anyone interested in learning more about drone technology.

Obstacle avoidance is a required feature for drones. It enables the drone to avoid obstacles and fly around them to prevent a collision.

Julian Kent, Auterion's Computer Vision Technical Lead and Tanja Baumann, Auterion's Computer Vision Software Engineer, will be giving a lesson on computer vision and obstacle avoidance.
Among other things, they will also explain how to plan missions with obstacle avoidance in the field, and how real-time dynamic trajectory planning works.
