Drones are essentially flying cameras. If you attend, your picture most likely will be taken by drones and cameras and you will be taking pictures and videos of others in attendance. By attending, you grant to Drones Charlotte Meetup members the right to take photographs of you and your property. Attendees to the Meetup authorize Drones-Charlotte Meetup members, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. You agree that Drones-Charlotte Meetup members may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
Drones-Charlotte Meetup Members are voluntarily participating in this activity. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in this activity, such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the activity location(s) or facility(ies).
