Beginners Hatha yoga, the yoga of the the physical asanas. The class will be an hour long with a 5 to 10 minute warm up, 35 minutes of breath modulated poses, and 15 minutes of relaxation and meditation. The objective of the class is to demonstrate in a social supportive way the basic structures and movements of yoga in order to facilitate the acquisition of routines that students can develop and practice on their own initiative.

Wednesday's 5-6PM

Class is announced free but you can pay-it-forward by making a contribution that will allow future students and instructors to experience the same generosity.
