Inviting all CX Professionals and CX Enthusiasts to join UAE’s first not-for-profit meet-up group focused on customer experience to advance operational customer experience management practice. An effort to promote the industry, network with peers in CX space, exchange knowledge, best practices, discuss challenges and solutions. Network, Learn and Share.

2. Make new connections when you participate in monthly meet-ups
3. Connect with members from your industry, area or profession

1. Put forward your “day to day customer experience challenges at work” to your CX friends and get answers and solutions that are tried and tested
2. Discuss what worked / what sucked in terms of best practices, strategies etc in your respective organisation
3. Share business/job opportunities available for grab specifically for customer experience positions

What we do at our meet-ups?
Every meet-up is structured as below -

1. Starts with a presentation / talk by a CX Expert (15 mins) - one industry per month
2. Q&A (5 mins)
3. Discussion around the topic (10 mins)
4. The latest trends in CX space (15 mins)
5. Discuss challenges and solutions (15 mins)
6. Exchange 1 thing that worked and 1 thing that sucked (15 mins).

The complete session runs for about 90 minutes.
