First Ethereum Meetup Dubai: ConsenSys, Rootstock and Energy Projects

Hi everyone
I'm excited to announce our first Ethereum meetup in Dubai. The event will be taking place next Wednesday, April 5th 6:30 pm at the DFA Auditorium in the Emirates Towers. The meetup is free and everyone is welcome to attend. See the schedule at the end.
The meetup will be guided by Ethereum production studio ConsenSys (http://www.consensys.net) and hosted by Bashar Lazaar. We have international high-quality presenters lined up and it promises to be a great night for everyone to find out more about Ethereum and the community, connect and network.
John Lilic is an Energy Strategist and a Director of ConsenSys Enterprise who will present Consensys' blockchain energy projects including a platform that gives prosumers the ability to sell their PV solar surplus in neighborhood energy markets using the Ethereum blockchain.
Dr. Shahan Khatchadourian is a Lead Architect of ConsenSys who will present the technical roadmap and vision of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (http://entethalliance.org), which connects Fortune 500 enterprises, startups, academics, and technology vendors with Ethereum subject matter experts to define enterprise-grade software capable of scaling the most complex, highly demanding applications.
Leo Elduayen, Operations & Compliance adviser for Rootstock (http://rsk.co). RSK is the first open-source smart contract platform with a 2-way peg to Bitcoin that also rewards the Bitcoin miners via merge-mining, allowing them to actively participate in the Smart Contract revolution. RSK goal is to add value and functionality to the Bitcoin ecosystem by enabling smart-contracts, near instant payments and higher-scalability.
ConsenSys is a venture production studio and software consultancy with 170+ employees worldwide building decentralized applications (DApps), enterprise solutions and developer tools for blockchain ecosystems, focused primarily on Ethereum.
