There are 3 million Chinese travel agents who have questions they need answered. They cannot use question answering systems like IBM Watson or Google Dialogflow. This talk gives you the steps needed to combine Python libraries scikit-learn, flask, spacy and Rasa to quickly make an NLP question answering system.

David Curran has made chatbots for Mercedes, La Caixa, TravelSky, Orange Bank France, Credit Mutuel, the Dubai Government and others. He works in Python mainly in NLP. As a hobby he makes graphs in R packages and writes about himself in the third person.
