Workshop: Data Science, Soup to Nuts

UPDATE 2021-02-16: In a triumph of caution and laziness over innovation and daring, I'm sticking with Zoom for this one, but I do hope to figure out a way to use a streaming service such as Twitch or YouTube before this series is done. Rather than mess around too much though, I will just record the Zoom meeting and upload it later.
We are starting off 2021 with something different: I am going to do a series of workshops on the process of working on a data project, specifically a dataset related to retail transactions. Over a series of workshops we will complete a data science project from start to finish, focusing on data exploration, modelling and communication.

In this second workshop we will continue the process of data exploration and visualisation on the retail data, looking at the data in different ways to get a feel for what types of analysis may be possible.
