Drumsticks, clinked overhead and bounced on exercise balls and bases, are among the latest cardio workouts. Music, fun, laughter and an incredible cardio workout. The greatest thing about cardio drumming - you go at your own pace. Drummers can range in age from a young child to grandparents to fitness fanatics.
