Clear Linux talk

Details

As we are getting close to the seating limit for the venue please ensure to update your RSVP if you feel you shall not be attending

We are pleased to announce that Rodrigo Chiossi, a Clear Linux* OS engineer from Intel, will be giving a presentation to our group on Saturday 2nd of November at 3.30pm in the Harcourt hotel. This venue is wheelchair friendly, they have been made aware that wheelchair users may be in attendance and they said that the doormen will be on hand to help with any ramps as needed.

“Clear Linux OS is an open source, rolling release Linux distribution optimised for performance and security, from the Cloud to the Edge, designed for customisation, and manageability.”, clearlinux.org

The talk should take approximately 45mins and there will be an opportunity to ask him questions afterwards also. We will most likely be heading to the bar too if you wish to stick around and hang out you are more than welcome to. He will be covering a broad overview of Clear Linux OS, striking a balance between new Linux users and more advanced users.

If you have any questions for ourselves, or topics that you would like Rodrigo to touch on during his presentation, please email info@dublinlinux.org and we will be sure to get back to you, or to pass on the questions to him.
