Hi guys, we now have more formal information. The Christmas party will be held upstairs in the Bankers pub at 6 pm rather than 8 pm. We will have some tables set aside for us but may not be able to keep them for the whole night. If needs be we will move to another pub after a few hours, there's a possibility that we would be able to stay in place but the manager cannot guarantee it. It is not likely that there will be any opportunities for giving talks as there will be other people in the same area as us, I know there have been requests for this. I would suggest being as punctual as possible for 6 pm as these tables have been set aside for us on a busy night.
