Summary
Today native CSS variables are available in all modern browsers, mixins and nesting are coming.You will know how these and other new CSS additions work, their syntax, advantages, and current problems. Interactive demos will show use cases, and real examples of migrated sites will present that mostly everything we need in preprocessors now is available in pure CSS. You'll also learn how to make all this work today and possible migration paths.

Flexbox is the third major step in creating web layout, after tables and floats. Foundation 6 offers already a Flexbox-powered alternate grid and the future version 4 of Bootstrap will include the same feature.
We will have a look, together, at the way flexbox works and how to do some nice simple things with it.
