This group is for anyone that wants to learn and practice Tai Chi, a powerful exercise that incorporates mind, breath, and body through movement and meditative awareness. Improve your balance (inner and outer) and develop a new relationship to your mind and body.

Beginner's Tai Chi Class (PM)

$7 per class, 90min. This is a beginner's class covering the Yang Style 8 Form. Each class will have joint warmups, standing meditation, and Tai Chi movement practice. Flat-soled shoes or bare feet recommended. No yoga mat needed. Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Your legs will get a little exercise, and your mind will experience a little calm!
