This is a free beginner's class covering the Yang Style 8 Form. Each class will have joint warmups, standing meditation, and Tai Chi movement practice.

Flat-soled shoes or bare feet recommended. No yoga mat needed. Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Donations accepted but never required. Open to all 15+. Your legs will get a little exercise, and your mind will experience a little calm!
