D&D Amsterdam organizer Dorine will be giving a hands-on workshop to provide you with the tools to prepare adventures from scratch! Learn how to design a compelling one-shot adventure from the ground up! This workshop is perfect for beginner Dungeon Masters, starting with some essential guidance on good dungeon mastering practices. We’ll then cover:

    • How to draw inspiration from a variety of sources and turn it into a strong narrative.
    • Structuring a story with three key beats - perfect for keeping one-shots concise and satisfying.
    • Crafting a hook that immediately engages your players.
