Session 1 Introduction to MAUI and What's New from Xamarin and Xamarin.Forms

.NET MAUI (.NET Multi-platform App UI) is an evolution of the increasingly popular Xamarin.Forms toolkit which will be released possibly in .NET 6 timelines. This is an intro to MAUI direct from the team building it.

Xamarin.Forms as it is, will be with us until MAUI is released, so Xamarin.Forms will continue getting awesome new features. What's new in Xamarin.Forms will be covered too.

Session 2 Building serverless, distributed APIs on Azure

Imagine if your backend had no infrastructure. No permanent server, nowhere for your API to call home. Sounds a bit bleak, doesn’t it? As it turns out, serverless backends could be the next big thing for implementing truly scalable cloud architecture.

In this session we will see how we develop, host and deploy truly serverless APIs using Azure Functions and CosmosDB.
