This is a group for anyone interested in Osho Dynamic Meditation - all welcome whether you have done Dynamic many times before or would just like to try it out.
Who should join?
Anyone interested in active meditation. If you have done Dynamic Mediation before then you will know exactly what to expect. If you haven't then it is important to realise that this is NOT a sitting meditation but an active meditation, meaning that the state of meditation is achieved by breathing, catharsis and movement. Many people say that they have problems with the traditional sitting meditations because they are unable to sit quietly and silence their mind due to stress, worry and overstimulation. If you have experienced this problem then this group is for you!
What members can expect of the group?
We are a very welcoming and understanding group and create a space for genuine expression of feelings and peace to achieve the real state of meditation.
What we expect of members?
To be total! what you put in equals what you get out! if you put every last bit of you into Dynamic and are willing to get in touch with your feelings and express them completely, then you will walk out feeling like Buddha.
