About the Moderator:
Mr. Robinson is the former EVP of Digital Business for Macy's, where he and his team were responsible for a 10x revenue growth (over an 8-year span) and firmly establishing Macys.com as the #5 Digital Retailer in the US. He also had management responsibility the multi-billion dollar digital channel P&L and for the annual enterprise $300M Technology Investment portfolio. Currently, Mike is acting as both an angel investor and strategic advisor for numerous early-stage AI-enabled startups, specifically focused on critical components of the ever-evolving retail customer journey.
About Duncan Jones:
Duncan Jones is a VP, principal analyst at Forrester, and a leading expert on business application strategies and how to get the most from strategic software partners, including packaged applications, SaaS, and custom development.
